This state-of-the-art dyno with air/fuel ratio monitor and wide-band O2 sensor provides advanced tuning capabilities to measure, record, and diagnose performance problems quickly. It is used to perform before and after dynamometer testing on your vehicle to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The dyno provides the precise horsepower measurements and air/fuel ratio a technician needs to make quick and accurate evaluations of engine, air/fuel ratio, and drive-train performance. The MD-1750-DE allows JMS to do in-house R&D and will support inertia dyno pulls up to 1750rwhp or 225mph. The DE stands for Dual Absorbtion and with that JMS will be able to subject cars to real world loading. Using the Mustang Chassis Dyno MD-1750-DE we can instantly graph your horsepower and torque increases while we tune. We have found that Dynotuning is essential to achieve "the performance you want and the reliability you deserve". We have found that it is futile to try to tune for maximum horsepower by the "seat of the pants". Differences as large as 20-30rwhp or more are simply not apparent to most drivers. In addition, testing on the street is dangerous and usually illegal as well. Trap speeds are a better indication of horsepower but both track and street testing aren't safe for your motor. While anytime you push a motor to the max there is a risk of damage, until you get your combination dialed in testing is much safer on a fully instrumented dyno and with our experienced staff monitoring your vehicle during each pull.
